They have been in business a long time so we wanted to get a quote for an easy job to put in a new electrical line from the circuit box to our new AC unit. Wayne, the owner, quoted $432. off the top of his head over the phone; then when I asked for a quote emailed, there were all kinds of "problems". He was rarely available and he was the only one doing the quotes. Finally, somebody arrived three days later at 5:30 PM to check out the situation. I had to call and ask on the following day for a quote emailed to me: now it was $548. When I tried to call and ask why the difference, again Wayne is unavailable. Still haven't heard from him. It is too stressful to try and do business with this company The lack of response, the unreliability of the quotes, and the attitude that "your job isn't big enough to matter" makes them a ZERO star in our book and we wouldn't recommend doing business with them unless they see thousands of $$$$ coming their way. They wasted four days of our time.
