We stopped at a Baker Bros. to find an entry rug. They had one we liked except it was too large. The gentlemen called this Baker Bros location and they confirmed they had it in the size we wanted.
Because we were leaving town the next day, we had to cancel our supper plans with my mom and go get this rug from across Phoenix. When we arrived here, they lady was on the phone and paid no attention to us. We waited and waited. Finally she asked what we wanted. She said "all the rugs are over there, pick out what you like." I told her that we were there for model x in 5' width and a gentleman called and confirmed you had it. She said "we don't actually have that particular one but you'll find another you'll like." NOT!
