They overcharged for a coolant system flush that I may not have needed. I just stopped to talk to them, they convinced me to leave my car, and when they called, Andreas pressured me for almost twenty minutes to let them start working on the car before coming in to read the work order. If you check in through the phone app, you receive 10% your first order. I kind of felt that Andreas explained things that were not important while skipping details I wanted to know. I did not have any idea they were going to do a coolant system flush and $170 for it seems too expensive. He also said that they would call and give me updates, but I needed to phone and ask if they finished the four-hour timing belt replacement after two days. He had said they might need to change some additional gaskets and seals, but I do not know if they needed it. Just so you know, a free shuttle stops directly in front of the shop. Even with the coolant system flush, the overall charges were average based on what I saw from AutoMD.com, while this shop has far better reviews. To the best of my knowledge, they did the job properly.
