I waited for two hours to be seen by a doctor and it was only because I told them I was leaving and that the wait was completely unacceptable. Before the two hours they were stalling me by having a RA take my vitals, then an intern asked me a few unecessary questions. When I finally did see the doctor he rushed through some questions for about 5 minutes. There business model seems to overbook people and make them wait like cattle. They feel like they can get away with it because most of their patients are Mexicanos who speak English poorly or don't know how to complain. I cancelled my follow up appointment and switched doctors because I don't fee like being treated like a second class citizen. Son una desgracia.
