I just spent 20 minutes in this highly unorganized store with their somewhat rude employees to get to the checkout and be denied a purchase because I didn't have my ID on me.
Then called the manager top discuss the issue and the manager whose name I was told is Luis never came to the phone.
I would like to kindly inform the management at this facility that per their merchant agreement with visa I (the consumer) am not required by law to provide my ID when using a signed card.
There are far too many other options nearby for second hand shopping for me to ever return. Please educate yourself and your employees regarding these facts.
