In all my years in AZ, I've failed to visit cowboy Caio. I figured it was about time to give it a try. I would say that I would come back, for sure, but I felt it was all good not great. The famous chop salad was good. Presentation was awesome. The ahi tuna was avg, but admittedly I'm not, a huge fan of jerk seasoning so maybe my fault for ordering. I just really felt like tuna! Drinks were good, service was good, ambiance is very nice. Had a bite of my dates pork chop and it was very good - Cooked rightl and flavorful.
Nothing bad by any means, just not really "wowed". Overall an above average experience.
