A little taste of Southern California all the way up in Vegas!
This 99 Ranch is pretty much the same as most you'll find in the Socal/Norcal area. It has all your asian grocery staples and a pretty good selection of specialty good as well as decent prices on even "regular" groceries. If you're staying in Las Vegas area for a few days and need some asian groceries, this is the place to go!
It's definitely true that parking here is a bit of a pain though. This is the "main plaza" of China town, so there are a bunch of tour buses and taxis that frequent the area and make parking impossible.
