I just moved out here from the East Coast and had to find a new hairstylist... And I went on Groupon and looked at a few stylists and came across this salon. I booked my appointment with Kim and arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because she was still working on another clients hair. By the time I got in there and we went over what I wanted which was full highlights I ended up staying for 6 1/2 hours. I had to leave with my hair wet because I couldn't afford to stay there any longer because I've been there all day. Let's just say I'm very unhappy with the way my hair came out. In all fairness the best thing she did was cut my hair right. I paid for full highlights and yet 2/3 of my hair you can still see roots of an inch and a half. The highlights were done so unevenly and most of my hair looks like it wasn't even done!!! Im extremely unhappy. I feel like I was cheated. The restroom was filthy. I will not be returning
