This is the first Yelp review I've written and I'm writing it because the service was just that good. I've been to a lot of guitar shops and most of the time the customer service is lacking. I came in a couple of months ago looking to buy a guitar strap. The owner immediately greeted me as I walked through the door, asked me what I needed, and proceeded to go through his various selection of guitar straps. I figured that it's just a guitar strap and I should just pick one that looks good. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the differences between each one. I bought one that I felt fit well with my guitar and style of playing. He wasn't trying to sell me on the more expensive ones either. I could just tell that he genuinely loves working with guitars. If I ever need someone to work on my guitar in the future, I know where to take it.
