The prices are great, but the overall experience really, really, really depends on who you get. Some of them are great and your eyebrows will end up looking amazing, whereas others are horrible and half of your eyebrows will be missing.
I stopped coming here for eyebrows a few years ago and only come here to get my face waxed, though the last time I came I got an allergic reaction from the wax and ended up with small bumps all over my face. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and they're still here - I had to go to the doctor and he prescribed me hydrocortisone cream to get rid of them. This has never happened to be me before on my prior visits, so I would advise you to take precaution if you have sensitive skin.
Also, the employees are ALWAYS talking to one another. I'd be more understanding if it was work related, but they're just having casual conversations with each all the time. They'll break away from me for a minute or two just to talk to a co-worker. It's kind of rude in my opinion, as I'd rather that they focus on the service that they're providing me.
