I called a month in advance to schedule nail services for 6 girls the day before a wedding. They were very accommodating during the booking process and assured me that they would have enough staff to do all 6 girls at the same time and free champagne. I was disappointed to see that they only had 4 nail artists to do manicures, pedicures, and full sets for the 6 girls in 2.5 hours. They were not able to get all of us done in the 2.5 hours and instead took 3.5 hours. This made us late to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, which was the last thing a bride needed the day before her wedding!! Despite the slow process the nails did look very nice and lasted over a week for a regular polish. But the artists had difficulty copying designs from pictures we found online. Not sure I would go back given they messed up a very important day for me, but I did like the final product. If they get more staff who seem confident doing nails and move quicker I might give them another try.
