Bought a $17 Groupon - yes $17. I tip well and I'd rather pay the employees cleaning my vehicle than the company; the company doesn't do all the cleaning. I tipped them $18 for two people - due to me purchasing a coffee inside. I can't believe I did.
Anyway - pulled up and they stated they're going to clean and wax outside and vacuum and do a wipe down on the inside.
They left wax on my car and did not vacuum my vehicle. I could have done the whole car for $10 myself. They seem like they're fast, because they are and do not take their time cleaning the car. I left with my car in the same condition. I don't care about the outside look of my vehicle - I wanted the inside wiped down and vacuumed. Big mistake and will never come back.
