I'm gonna be honest, I originally opted to go to Portrait Dental originally because I received a promotion in the mail that included a 50$ gift card if I made an appointment with them.
I figured why not, considering they're located close to home and I also really like $50.
I didn't really know what to expect or whether it would be better or worse than my previous dental office but I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and were very helpful when it came to answering questions about what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. I had a dental cleaning done, and the experience was a thoroughly enjoyable, albeit painful experience, but that is largely due to my aversion to the art of flossing.
All in all, I look forward to my next appointment at Portrait dental.
