We were seeking a second opinion after another company had told us one of our units was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was referred to Tyler by some friends and he immediately returned my call and stopped by our house to take a look. Unfortunately, we weren't home and i felt horrible but he was nothing but nice and talked to me a little on the phone and set us up for a visit first thing the next day. The next day Nate came by the house and i cant rave enough about how incredible his service was. He spent time and gave me great honest feedback on what we needed. Needless to say, we had the unit serviced with Nate and will be loyal, referring customers for life now!
