Find a different law office this place is a joke. I live in scottsdale, after calling the lady told me she had an appointment available at 4pm. I arrived in downtown Phoenix at 3:50pm and called to find out exactly where to go, I was asked to hold and waited 10min before calling back. The lady instantly answers and I hear her half laughing/bullshitting with someone and half listening to me. When I finally get up to the 26th floor of this random building I am told that there was an "emergency meeting" whatever that means and that I would have to wait 1-2hours before they would see me. So 5 or 6pm for a 4pm scheduled appointment. The front staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and find a different law office, if this is how they treat new clients I can't imagine how they deal with the people who have already sunk thousands of dollars into them and are stuck using them. I'd give them 0 stars if I could, oh and you get to waste money on parking every time as well so that's nice.
