I have spent nearly $6,000 on fractional laser treatments for severe acne scarring on my cheeks. Finally Dr. Stiles referred me to Dr. Fife b/c his sister had dermabrasion with good results. The only negative is that since he owns his own practice he generally runs behind schedule, but hey at least you know he takes his time to do a good job! Anyways, the consultation was $150 b/c I don't have insurance but he later put it toward my treatment. He suggested I do subcision to raise up the deeper scars $1,050 and then dermabrasion to smooth out the rest $1,000. I had the subcision done 4 days ago, am still bruised and swollen but have high hopes. He checks on your progress two days after and a week after. I am so glad I chose Dr. Fife who specializes in Surgical Dermatology! His prices are actually lower than a regular plastic surgeon! Acne scars are detrimental to a persons self esteem, get them to Dr. Fife!
