Please do not send your love one to this facility (Harmon.)They don't even deserve one star. My father was sent here for a broken hip. The level of care was horrific no compassion. They lie and loose information.
They do not keep information private they talk amongst each other private information about patients and family. I was afraid to leave my father alone. Only one I mean only one nurse helped us through all if this she's definitely a diamond in a rough. Her name is Trina. I am begging you do not send your loved one here unless you plan on staying the entire time with them and make sure they are doing everything they are suppose to do.
