I'll have to agree with a lot of other reviews. Good coffee equipment and beans but the staff essential will drive this place out of business.
When I went there only one guy was working, the others stood around, then the same guy had to walk over and make my coffee too in addition to doing the cash, poor fellow.
We ordered a tea and when one was ready at the counter we asked if it was ours, mint? The reply from the girl "working" was was "just smell it" . ah, excuse me didnt you just make it, where were you?, it was early grey.
If most of the employees would get fired or quit and go elsewhere with their useless bad attitude and then they hire happy nice students from the university near by whom need a job, this place may then survive and get better.
