I had a dental issue after hours and called Burns Dentisry office. Left a message describing my problem and within a few minutes, my call was returned by Lola. After explaining the situation I was told I would receive a call back with an appointment for resolution of the issue. A short time later I received a call saying Carrie would meet me at the office the next morning.
I met Carrie at the office the next morning. She very efficiently and professionally evaluated the issue and promptly provided relief. Thank you Carrie for being flexible enough in your schedule to be able to provide me with such care.
