Decided to check out Lake Pearls after all the raving reviews and pictures. I booked an appointment for me and my friend just in case they were busy. Good thing I did because the nail salon was very busy when we arrived. We had to wait about 10 minutes before we were next.
I decided to get a shellac manicure with an art design and pedicure. My friend got the pedicure. I am quite satisfied with my manicure but wish the nail art was better. The hearts weren't the greatest and I didn't want to ask the nail guy to redo it since he tried three times. My pedicure was decent but I noticed that my left big toe started bleeding on the side.
I spent about $58 (including a tip) for a shellac manicure and pedicure combo. I was expecting better nail art after seeing all the pictures and paying $5 for it. Maybe I'll be back...
