Horrible. Do not use. They promise great things but watch as they clean and be horrified. They use the same (and very little) dirty water to mop your whole floor and leave the floor sopping wet (not a good idea for grout). They dust around objects, use up all your soap, and put your items in your drawers/cabinets (they're not supposed to be opening up your personal areas). They use the same dirty towel to clean everything. They'll dump their dirty water in your kitchen sink. Very unsanitary. It seems a huge chore for them to do their tasks and speak poorly of you in Spanish (some of us do know a second language, girls!). Management (Josie) is rude and blames you for problems (huh? it's my fault that I'm asking their workers to do what I'm paying them to do?!). We used them for about 3 years and have finally decided to stop trying to work with them to get what they promise. Avoid at all costs.
