This is the worst Enterprise location in the whole Las Vegas!! Customer service sucks big time! Very unprofessional, not educated about their vehicles. Even tho the tall blonde girl behind the counter was super duper MEAN! She started arguing with me that Fiat (2doors) is a compact car - well seems like compact, but it says clear on their website that COMPACT car is a NISSAN VERSA or 4 DOOR similar.. All good probably FIAT factory forgot to install 2 more doors to the vehicle so could meet Enterprise's requirements for a COMPACT car with 4 DOORS! I have been their customer for almost 5 years and let me tell you i will go there just one more time only so i could return the Compact FIAT ( 4 doors or 2 doors)! Peace and tell your boss to send you to college again so they could teach you there how to deal with customers!!! It would help definitely! Very very very disappointed!
