It was our first time bringing our cat Meelo in to the vet since he was a kitten. Needless to say our cat was pretty scared to be there. He had a little patch on his neck where the fur was gone and there was a sort of scab and we didn't know what it was. He was acting and eating normal but we had never seen this on his skin before. Luckily, the tech, John and the vet, Dr. Tanya were so kind, patient, and thorough in their examination and treatment plan. John would pet him while Dr. Tanya examined him to keep him calm. She did a great job trying to figure out the problem and explain what the next steps would be. John made it clear with the billing as well. Gabby in the vet office even followed up with us the next day to see how Meelo was doing and see if we had any questions or needed anything. Meelo was acting normal the next day but had vommitted his dry food up a few times so I called back with questions about the vaccines and the ointment medication and Dr. Tanya was able to quickly answer our questions. Thank you all for your caring and efficient help in getting our kitty cat back to normal!
