I went to Crush Music Festival at this venue. The configuration, as addressed by another is strange. The building was extremely hot, almost suffocating, to the point where my group had to stand at a building side door just to breathe fresh air. The event was held on a cool Arizona night and the artists performing were questioning to the crowd, "Phoenix I don't know how you are doing this". I saw several emt workers rushing through the crowd at various times probably in search of people struggling with the heat. The building seemed packed over capacity as we were unable to get outside into the smoking area for "fresh air". My girlfriend was trampled towards the end of the event and dropped her phone and was unable to find it in the sea of people. Hours after the event we tracked the phone with find my iPhone and it said it was still at the venue. The venue was not open on Sunday to call and pickup the phone. After calling several times throughout the day on Monday, I reached an extremely rude person the phone. We were directed to email or stop in Tuesday. I tracked the phone until I assume the battery died and it was still at the venue. I went to the venue and knocked on the office door, I explained to the manager that I had called looking for a phone the previous day and would like to pick it up. I told him the model, case type and color and he said they didn't have it. He said my description didn't match any of the phones they had and that I could dig through the trash because it could be in there. I said I tracked it to the location less than 12 hours previously and that the app said it should be there. The second manager in the office jumped up and nearly yelling tone said "did you hear what he said buddy, we don't have your phone!" I've left phones at bars and clubs before and while it's annoying to deal with for the worker or management, they have always been polite and understanding of the loss. The two managers of this business were rude to both my girlfriend and myself during the phone call the day after the event, the venue was still not cleaned two days after the event to try and attempt to pick up the phone and when I stopped in to try and pickup the phone they were extremely rude and not understanding of my loss whatsoever. The event artists and lineup were great and I thoroughly enjoyed their music. The venue atmosphere and customer service was less than enjoyable; suffocating heat and customers soaked in each others sweat mixed with disrespectful, loud and unhelpful managers made it hard to give this venue 1 star. "Go ahead and dig in the garbage, your phone could be in there". Update* it is now 5 days later and she was able to pick up her phone.
