I moved in here when i returned from toronto because I needed an apartment fast and had my dad scout out a place for my bf and I. This place has alot going for it like in suite laundry and a dishwasher!
Everything seemed pretty good until about 4 months into living here we would walk down hallways and see major water damage on the ceilings, then one day you would be walking down the hallway and water would be covering the floor from a broken ceiling pipe. It took them over a year to patch up holes in the ceiling from where some pipes repeatedly broke. Then in our very own suite a sprinkler started to leak so they cut out a giant hole in our ceiling and the whole while we lived here they never came to fix it, even with us asking several times. But the breaking point happened when there would be people yelling off there balconies in the summer time at 4 in the morning and police with guns screaming at someone to open there door in my hallway,, yikes!! I also had a girl come to my door asking if i had any drugs!! I guess she just wandered around door to door doing this!?Also they charge you to get your carpets cleaned when you move out.. But funny thing is when we moved in we found hair balls from a cat all over our carpet.. The one good thing that this place has going for it is Andrea that works in the office she was the only helpful staff member I dealt with while living here!
