I leased at this apartment complex for two years and my main complaint is with Cameron , who is a rude jerk with a major attitude. On my very first day, I was stressed from moving and expected to be greeted in a friendly manner but boy was I wrong. From the moment I met him, Cameron was rude to me. At first I let it go because it kind of just confused me but then when he didn't stop answering all my questions with attitude , I got pissed off , told him to just go away and call his manager. Claire came and she was much more polite and treated me much better. So I lived here for two years and I was actually very happy here. They have armed guards which made me feel safe. There are a lot of break ins in Las Vegas and I never heard of any at this complex. I also spoke to the security guards several times and they're very nice people. Also every time I had a maintenance issue it was fixed promptly. My first few weeks here my refrigerator was making a strange noise, so I called to report it and I was very surprised that it was replaced within a week. Jody, Claire, Jennifer and some other guy that fills in for them, who I forgot his name were always very polite to me. The reason I had to leave is that unfortunately I now have some awful upstairs neighbors. They have four dogs that bark all the time and stomp and argue with each other. The floors between these apartments are very weak and the noise is easily heard plus when they walk it sometimes sounds like they're on planks. The boards must be very weak. I don't blame the staff for this, I just had some bad luck to get these people as neighbors which is fine, I'll just rent or buy a house soon. I reported some of these concerns and the staff, except for Cameron were receptive. However one day unfortunately I made the mistake of talking to Cameron about it. Right away he started giving me attitude, cutting me off, talking to me condescendingly and giving his usual tough guy attitude. I have no clue why this business keeps him. I've heard from many residents that he's also rude to them. I can only guess that either he has a friend or family member that owns the place. As an example someone is now parking a trailer in one of the prime parking spots in front of my apartment for months on end without moving it. When I reported this to Cameron, he was all attitude and told me that if it was uncovered then why not and that it wasn't his job to walk around the complex checking these things. I could go on and on with his attitude. I honestly hate the guy and will be glad I will never see him again. However I do still recommend this place although I highly recommend that if you have to speak to the staff you should ask to speak to somebody else. I will be moving out soon and will give an update how my exit process was, although I think I wrote a ton. If you have questions about this place, feel free to message me.
