Needed to fix rear plastic mould which came off during car wash. Service suggest going to body shop because need a body work. Met with Amanda at the dealership who represents their body shop. She was not freindly at all and keep telling me that I have a wreck and need serious body work which could cost up to $1500 before they could fix the plastic mould over rear wheel. She suggested me to go to private body shop as it's cheaper.
Private body shop fixed the problem and charge me $20 as there was no body damage it was only matters of putting it right. What a lame service.
