Had a little mixup with one of the cab drivers. Things happen. Mistakes are made... Cora in the HR department really made things right and went above and beyond for me tho. It's nice knowing that Nellis Cab Company has an HR department actively communicating with customers, investigating certain situations and doing the right thing even tho it's hard with money being involved. I'll use Nellis Cab service again and would recommend this company to others because of the peace of mind the HR department provides for their customers in case of unfortunate situations.
