Took my chevy van to them on 11-18-2016, with a water leak and a wining noise to the power steering pump...$2400.00 later they fixed the water leak.......what a rip off this place is. I asked them about the power steering problem, they said next time. well I took the van to another shop, it then cost me another $800.00 for the power steering pump, it would have been $ 250.00 for thunderbird to do this when they replaced my water pump .also had to have my clutch fan replaced witch thunderbird auto missed.....the manager said he would get back to me......STILL WAITING !! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP !!!!!!~ I am so tired of getting ripped off by these shops its not even funny anymore. Take my advice and go anywhere but here.......
