My husband and I have frequented this place many times. Unfortunately, today's experience was not as previous ones were. I went in for an oil change, which was fine, but the waiting area was much different as previously....no coffee (although I reminded the person at the desk that the pot was empty), no newspaper, no popcorn...all of which were standard on previous visits.
