Scheduled an appointment with the Genius Bar for the evening. I come into the store and have to stand and wait for a genius person for about 20 minutes.
The guy was pretty helpful but was taking on more customers than he could handle.
If you're going to come in on a weekend you might as well bring a book to read or something to snack on because the wait here is much worse than a dmv line (from my experience).
Apple should know weekends become overwhelmingly busy so they should consider having employees on call or extra to help with the amount of customers there are.
