I have to say that Cafe Ah-Roma is by far my favorite spot for coffee and a quick bite to eat. They have a full range of wraps and salads as well as some quick breakfast items like bagel w/eggs. They also offer cookies, scones, and a few other sweet treats.
The coffee is outstanding and is 100% fair trade. The atmosphere of the cafe itself can't be beat, it's a relaxed, visually appealing place to do some work, chat with friends, or just decompress. In addition, in warmer weather there's outdoor seating in the patio/garden right next to Trinity Cathedral, it's just a great space.
I've been a customer of the cafe now for years and it is still my favorite of anywhere I've ever been. The food is great, the coffee outstanding, and the staff is friendly and even remembers your name and what you like to order.
