These a-holes put a hold on my account because I intended on requesting a transcript. It cost $5. I decided i did not need the transcripts anymore so I did not pay. Instead of canceling the request they put a hold on my student file not allowing any schools requesting my records to be able to retrieve them. They never sent transcripts no transcripts were ever created and there was never any service provided. They keep stating I owe $5 because I was going to request transcripts and so that put a hold on my account. This process is beyond dumb! Thats like saying you owe for a fill up on gas because you pulled into a gas station even though you decided not to put gas in your car. You ask the gas station why do I owe for a tank of gas? They tell you because you pulled and and were going to fill up.
