I really enjoyed our stay here. This is a swanky beautiful and modern hotel with top notch service. I felt at times it could feel a little "stuffy" and had nose up vibes but that's the nature of expensive places. The rooftop is worth it all. Chilling by the pool overlooking the city is my favorite part of staying here. The bathrooms in the rooms are fantastic and the shower pressure is perfect. The pillows were nice here. Not lumpy or flat. I get ansy in hotels at night because I think about bugs and other people sleeping in the bed I'm in and I didn't feel that way here. This is a very clean ritzy hotel. My only complaint is the elevators. They are ridiculously hard to operate every single person struggled to get to their floor and we felt like a elevator operator because getting to our floor we basically went up and down picking everyone up every single time. Annoying.
Over all my favorite place to stay in Toronto...so far.
