I came in the other night with my dad for a celebratory drink. Jessica - the bar tender - is ALWAYS so unfriendly, and tonight was no different... except I finally can't take it anymore and I'm writing a review.
We ordered a pitcher of beer and she handed us two HOT - not warm, not kind of warm - straight up HOTTTTT glasses. They were downright undrinkable. I nicely ask her for new glasses, and without EVER even looking up or making eye contact with me - she rudely responds "all I got".
I was in there trying to have one celebratory drink with my dad, and she couldn't take one second to address a very tiny concern. I understand being busy, or having a bad day, but every single time we are in there, she is rough-around-the-edges and unfriendly beyond belief. Just really sad to be such an angry person all the time, and even more sad Clancy's doesn't care more about their new customers.
