Pretty awful experience so far. My AC went out and I already had a service person tell me what what was wrong with it. This was a Saturday. Their standard is that the contractor has 24 business hours (3 days) just to give you a call. No one called after three days (Wed evening) so I called again. They lined up the next contractor and they said this person would be there between 8-12 on the designated day. By 11:30 we hadn't gotten a call with an ETA so I called the contractor. They said they didn't have us scheduled for that time....they had us down for 1-6. They came and looked at it and confirmed what the other AC person said. The service person then said someone from American Home Shield would contact me that evening or the next morning to arrange the repair....nothing. So here I am today....I was on hold for 30 min....nothing. Called again from another phone and was disconnected. Now I'm on the third phone call....15 minutes on hold and counting. Please don't buy a warranty from this company. The warranty came with the condo when I purchased it otherwise it I wouldn't have chosen it.
