The first time I had direct TV the technician never showed up for my scheduled appointment, and I had to get out of work another day when they came late that week. This time, the guy is schedule to be a few hours late, and I'm still waiting on him. I know a couple other people who had very similar problems with them. Even though COX is more expensive, we are going to use them next time. Overall, when they finally install, and when they don't "accidentally" over charge you, then the service is good! But those are big IF'S and WHEN'S.
