We recently had a dispute and misunderstanding with one of the staff.
The District Manager personally called us to make things right! He explained what went wrong and how he can fix the situation. He spoke with his staff to get the full picture. We appreciate it. This is good customer service and how customers should be valued.
We were sad about potentially losing our business of two years with Superior Tire. But faith has been restored. Thank you.
