Animal Cremation Services. Before choosing to send your beloved family pet to Animal Cremation Services, PLEASE read the un-recommended reviews. I chose to ignore the un-recommended reviews having hope those were unlikely instances. Animal Cremation Services destroyed the integrity of having a business cremate a beloved family member. We received our pet in a BROWN PAPER BAG! These people promised they were going to take care of our baby like their own family, with care and integrity. Would they cremate their own family member and stick them in a brown paper bag? A small piece of paper noting our pets information, when promised an ID tag. We were told we would be promptly notified when we could pick her up the next day. Almost 48 hours with no contact; when finally contacted I was told she would be ready for pickup that day and they offered to deliver her to our home. I waited for a call, but again received nothing. The next day I received a call and asked when she would arrive, but then was told I had to come down and pick her up during this small time frame, or I would have to wait another day. Seriously? I ask as you read this review to join me in NEVER using this lying, manipulative, repulsive company ever again. As for the owner, I was contacted by him twice, and was lied to by him twice. While picking up my baby, was told they were sorry for the bad service and not everyone can be as on schedule as I was.
