This is the slowest most unfriendly Starbucks I've ever been to. I travel to Pittsburgh a lot and stay in the Westin. I was excited a SB was opening in the building but it always takes forever to get a latte. There are always people behind the counter but they move like molasses and are not friendly at all. This brand is really going downhill.
