I used to work next to this place at the Murrieta, Ca location. I would frequent it quit often and it was very good! When I saw there was one in Vegas, I thought "hallelujah" they have the best french fries ever!
I went on a weekday at about 9ish in the morning. I ordered the breakfast special with eggs, pancakes, toast and hash browns. I also ordered a coffee, a side of french fries and a side of ranch dressing. I had a YELP check in discount on my phone app, but did not use it because the counter girl in the drive thru made me feel un-welcomed and I cowered down. My order was ready pretty quickly and I drove off. On the drive, I decided to sneak into those amazing fries and could not wait until I got to my destination. Those crispy, crunch, fries I was craving were nothing more than limp and grease! Sigh, major disgusting disappointment.
Got home, and I had "no hash brownns and no toast" in my order. Stupid me for not checking over my 13.00 order. My coffee was good and so were the eggs, can't go wrong with eggs right? However, the pancakes were the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. They were a brown/red color. They tasted like they were cooked on a greaser that had NEVER been cleaned. I have never in my life tasted a bad pancake, I didn't even know that was possible. But guess what Mega Tom's Burgers made that possible.
I will never go back, and recommend anyone to not go back either. Not only was I jipped food, what I was given went straight to the dog.
