Took my mom to get her haircut for her birthday today and she wanted to go super short A-Line Bob and this is what she got. A super uneven, horrible haircut. In the middle of her hair, it goes from long to short as shown in the picture. All along the bottom it is choppy and nothing like she wanted. My mom walked out embarrassed to say anything and when we got out she was in tears because of how much she didn't like it. The hairdresser didn't look comfortable while she was doing it. She looked like it was her first time cutting hair. She should never cut hair. She should stick to washing hair and being the receptionist. We will never go back to this salon. I will be going back tomorrow to get my money back. So disappointed. I wish I didn't have to choose a rating.
