After frequenting many different bubble tea shops, I feel that Chattime is definitely the best. It may be more of take out place, but the tea is excellent quality. Their milk teas are better than any other tea shop I have been to. The tea tastes very fresh and I like that they have a good variety and allow you to customize the ice and sugar level.
The only thing that would make Chattime better is if they provided more seating so I could sit an enjoy the tea there.
