I had a bad experience at the Matthews NC location last week, so I decided to try this location and I must say it was about the same. Food was okay, I didn't really care for it but it was no fault of the restaurant because I tried something new. The service was slow............... Place wasn't clean but at the same time not dirty if that makes sense LoL. One thing that I was wowed about and that was the manager! I think her name was Cindy, however don't quote me. I do have a picture of her so look for her there. She was very pleasant, talkative, doing what she code to speed things up and keep them running smoothly. She was out front talking to guest as they wait and trying to make the wait not so bad. I saw her bouncing around doing some of everything which is different form the other locations I have visited. I will revisit and she is the only reason why.
