Oh, where to begin. While the food we had was good, the service, though friendly, was just atrocious! Not only did they....bring out the entree's first (Bun) and forget the garden rolls, they gave the wrong dishes to each, brought the dipping sauce for the appetizer we didn't get, told her to bring fish sauce for each of our Bun bowls, brought only one out, had to get another, had to ask for chopsticks, hoisan sauce and chili sauce. On the bright side, the bowls were very tasty and fresh. However, another gripe is the very high prices. I've eaten Vietnamese food at dozens of places and this was by far the priciest. A Vietnamese iced coffee was $4.50 that was maybe 25 cents worth of ingredients. Most other places it's $2-2.50 tops! You get a small, maybe three-four ounces of coffee dripping into a glass with sweetened condensed milk. Literally filled the glass of ice only half full. The Bun, which usually costs between $4-6 no matter where you go, was $10.95 to $12.50! Insane. Our waitress asked if we wanted separate checks, which we did, and when the check came, both receipts were wrong. The woman sitting next to us was also taking her waiter to task for bringing her the wrong dish twice. This seems to be a pattern here. At these prices, they need to raise the level of their service.
