Wow this place just pumps out bagels like there is no tomorrow. I grabbed a sesame bagel right out of the oven. These bagels have a sweetness to them that standard bagels simply wont have. It almost tasted more like a dessert than a bagel!
My one complaint is that the shop only sells you bagels and spreads but will not put them together or apply any kind of toppings to the bagels (or cut them). Pro to this policy - the line moves super fast. Don't be intimidated if you see a long line. Con to this policy - you better keep your bagels warm if you want that smear to melt on it.
Still, this bagel shop was a must for me in my visit to Montreal and I am very happy we made the drive over to get these bagels. You should too!
Also I believe they are cash only so plan ahead.
