Started training with shawn 3 months ago and let me tell you this is one of the best training i ever had in my life. Is it hard? YES ITS REALLY HARD, but guess what its worth it and it changed my life. Shawn really cares about his clients, inside the gym and outside the gym. Ive actually spoken to him about my personal problems too and good part about it he gives advice too. Shawn i want to thank you for everything. You're an AMAZING trainer! Once i fix everything with my life expect me to come back. THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE and i appreciate you for all the things you do. And sir! Remember what i told you too.
