My brother's wife is an artist and often sells at this show so we often make the trip over to Madison to check out the artwork. As others have said, some years are better than others but we always find, at least a few artists whose work we really enjoy. This year (2017) seemed to be heavy on wood artists and, of course jewellery makers, but there was plenty of other types of art there to keep our interests. Saturday's can be crazy busy especially in the morning, when the Farmers Market is going on also. Best bet is to go on Sunday, when it's not so crowded. It's easier to look at the art and you have a better chance of talking with them also.
