I only stayed with this hotel for one night on an overnight layover in Toronto. All we were looking for was a bed to sleep in and that was all we got. First off, this is advertised as an "airport" hotel. It definitely isn't. It takes about 25 minutes to drive here from the airport. Luckily they offer a complimentary shuttle service. The driver was really personable and helpful. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. Checking in late at night was a bit too sketchy for my taste. There were random drunk people sitting in the lobby and we were cut off in line more than once by people with enquiries about the hotel. I know it isn't necessarily the hotel's fault that rude people kept interrupting us, but at the same time, the girl helping us could have easily told them that she could help as soon as she was done with us. I have no real complaints with the room itself. It's exactly what you'd expect for a cheap room from the Quality Inn. However, the clientele and the location of the hotel itself set off my paranoia. Lock your doors at night!
