Super friendly staff, but a mistake of an employee cost them one star. Over a week and a half had gone by without any notice, so I checked my email to see if there was maybe a notification sent thru there and long behold there was. They had sent ONE email, four days after my appointment stating they had "left a couple messages", none of which I received via text or voicemail, that the optician had charged me incorrectly, therefore there was still a balance due. Leaving my appointment, I was informed they would first contact me thru text or call with any notifications, then thru email if I couldn't be reached. When I called the staff to straighten the situation out, not only had THEY charged me incorrectly, but I also still have to wait an additional two more weeks for my frames to come in because they had placed it on hold, after they had promised me a certain time frame. Now I am having to drive around unclear and uncomfortably for an additional period of time while I wait for the frames to come in.
